Intermittent Wi-Fi drop
Diagnostics on Sky say there is no issue, but when using internet for gaming (or anything else internet intensive like downloads) it cuts out every few minutes. The issue affects my PC and my wife's PC, but not our phones. It has been going on for several days.
I've tried turning the router off and leaving it to rest, I've tried a network reset (netsh int ip reset, netsh winsock reset, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, ipconfig /flushdns) and I've connected to my phone hotspot to test if the issue was on my end. None of these seem to have improved things, so I think the issue is on Sky's end, not mine.
Could you please advise on how to proceed?

Re: Intermittent Wi-Fi drop
@Passerby41 Do you have a black or white router from Sky? When these drops happen do the lights on the router change colour at all?

I have a white Sky router, and the lights do not change colour during the drop.

Re: Intermittent Wi-Fi drop
@Passerby41 Has this only been happening since you upgraded to the white router and are the PC's connected wired or via wireless?

Re: Intermittent Wi-Fi drop
We've had the white router since August last year, zero issues. This issue only started ~4 days ago.
PCs are connected via wireless, but I don't have an ethernet cable of sufficient length to determine if this is the problem.

Re: Intermittent Wi-Fi drop
@Passerby41 If this happens again are you able to go into your network connections on windows or whatever OS you are using and check the status of the network connection with the uptime. If it looks like it has just re-started then have to figure out if all wireless devices are having the same problem at the same time.
