To says there is no internet connection

My tv  is saying there is no internet connection but all checks show everything is working

Yes, our phones and tablet are working absolutely fine

@Jay1845uk If other devices are working normally it means it is likely the issue is with the TV especially if it has worked in the past. First step,is reboot the TV which on most models is done by unplugging the mains until the LED goes out and then restarting the TV.
