Installation

For the second time Sky has cancelled our installtion as a new cusatomer. Have spent ages called several Sky numbers but nobody but NOBODY can tell me why it was cancelled! What is going on???????????????????????????????????

This is something the forum would not be able to tell you. Only Sky can give you that information. You will need to speak to them directly @tangmere67

@tangmere67  Sky Stream, where you have posted, is a self install TV  box, so you wouldn't get  an installation appointment for that.

 

What exavctly are you having installed?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@tangmere67  Your post has been moved to the broadband board as already noted Sky stream isn't part of the installation process.

 

You will have to setup your stream box as the Broadband installer won't do this for you.
