Installation new broadband

Our installation should be done by 13 October but is still not live do to a cables needed to install on outside of property still no any further updates?? What I need to do now ? 😠

@Peter322  When was the last time you called for an update? If it is outside work then that would be down to Openreach, but you will need to speak to Sky again for updates.

@Peter322  What has Sky told you in updates when calling them after the failed installed date?

The employee told me that I will be informed when they do fix the problem nothing since I don't know what I need to to I need internet !
