help

hi just bought a new house and not collecting keys for 10days can i order equipment to an alternative address? I work from home and really need the internet set up as soon as we move in?

new customer , we have virgin at the moment but new property dosnent provide virgin. x

@mandy118  Sky will only deliver to the registered address on your account which will be your new property

@mandy118   Normally Sky send out the router equipment a few days before the activation date. If you are not home Royal Mail normally leave a card for collection or when you would like it delivered when you are home.
