Garden ruined during installation

Hi 

I recently had sky broadband installed and am very unhappy with how the city fibre engineers carried out the work. They arrived near the end of allocated time slot. So it was already dark outside. They proceeded to dig up my garden (which I was not made aware of prior) I have a small baby who was awoken with all the drilling and noise. They were at my property for 3 hours and left around 7.30pm. Because it was so dark and all they had was their phone torch my garden was left covered in mud and rocks and debris, which I only realised the next morning. It's terrible start to a new contract and I hope I won't regret choosing sky. I am already out of pocket trying to fix my garden. I would attach images but this feature is not supported here.

@Suki27 you are able to insert images using the camera icon.

While City Fibre install on the behalf of Sky and other ISPs, I would suggest contacting Sky to lodge your complaint/ disastifaction.
