I need an engineer

My internet keeps dropping out or won't work at all when I do the checker it say it's fine but nothing works at home I need an engineer to come out 

I have spoken to someone this morning that did all the checks but it hasn't fixed anything

They said that the internet we have is the fastest speed we have available but we keep having drops in WiFi and for us to plug an Ethernet cable directly into the TV. But that doesn't help as my ring cameras, Alexa and everything else aren't working either

@Victoria891 If you have the Sky Q or Broadband hub, see if the link below is possible for you to do, if so post up the results for the hub stat's.
