Sky broadband keeps dropping off

Despite recently changing to Sky 500 fibre, the broadband keeps dropping off our phones, laptops & the Sky q box won't connect. Strangely, the only thing that seems unaffected is an 11 year old iPad.

 

we have reset router, switched devices on and off but still having issues. 
The broadband checker is showing no issues...but clearly there is something not working somewhere!

That might suggest it's specifically the 5Ghz band which is problematic.
