Claiming compensation for slow broadband
Sky contacted me about slow broadband 3 days in a row bit the message has disappeared. How do I claim the compensation

@stwwz1970 You have to call Sky to make a claim of your speed has been below the guaranteed minimum for 3 or more consecutive days.

Auto compensation is for a full loss of broadband not for slow speed. You'll have to contact Sky if you believe they will offer you a credit.
