I have THE WORST internet!
Moved into my new house 2023 and since it's been the worst internet. I live in the middle of nowhere but my internet is so bad I may as well use carrier pigeons at this point. Sky have 'tried' everything apparently, they've changed the router and given me range extender but I can't be on FaceTime and walk from the living room to kitchen.
paying so much for nothing is the worst my internet goes off so much it's actually a joke! I have to turn off the sky Q box at the wall and turn it back on for it to reconnect.
im hoping someone else can help with this issue as sky have done NOTHING!!
I can't call them because they want me to turn off the internet while on the phone it's literally the only way I can make calls. I have a 3 year old and I'm worried if there's ever an emergency I can't contact anyone because I have no WiFi which means no phone. I had to get a family member to call his doctor recently because I couldn't get through with my Internet!! I need help please

If you are on an FTTC (copper) connection then those two things are directly related: speed deliverable to an address is directly related to copper line length from the fibre cabinet.
If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.
Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
