I cannot connect my eufy camera away from home

Hi all

I cannot connect my eufy camera away from home when I switch to sky boardband. It work perfect before by vrigin media. 

I can view the video clip/live stream at home network but is not work away home. I already turn off all the sheild and firewall I can setup from the apps and router. 

Any idea?

@Adam94  Which router do you have from the link below that Sky sent you for your broadband service.

@Adam94  If that was the Sky broadband hub that you have. Then you might have to split the Wi-Fi frequencies. This can be done following the link below.

Does it work while you are at home?

Also please do not turn the firewall off on your Sky hub that is very dangerous
