Buffering on video calls
I have a good WiFi broadband connection, with Sky Superfast, except when I am using any of the video conferencing platforms for work. Then, I have frequent buffering and disconnection. The hub is in my room, so distance isn't an issue. Can anyone advise please? Is it likely to be my laptop, or an issue with Sky?
Thanks

Re: Buffering on video calls
A post of the router stats would be useful, as are details on whether the laptop supports wireless on the 5Ghz band.
Zen internet on FTTP (900Mbps down, 100Mbps up). SAT> IP (Apple 4K 2nd gen TV to LG C1 OLED UHD TV/Dolby Atmos Denon AVR, DacMagic Plus for Hi-Res audio), hosting own blog/forum (cluster), OPNsense & Zenarmor L4/L7 NGFW & DPI IDS/IPS, Asus ET12 Pro Tri-Band wifi, Linux, Gamer: Xbox Series X/i7 laptop, round-robin DNS over HTTPS, non-proprietary VoIP HD AMR-WB (G.722.2) and more... Beta tester Apple iOS/watchOS/tvOS/iPadOS/macOS.

Re: Buffering on video calls
@Lily27 I'll try and attach the router statistics.
The laptop does support 5Ghz band.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Re: Buffering on video calls
Its possible you are getting WiFi interference, this can heavily impact latency sensitive applications like voice/video calling.
For starters i would give your hub a reboot as it has been up for a while.
