Re: How to separate WiFi bands
White or black Sky Hub?
Unsynchronizing and renaming bands isn't possible on the white Max Hub.

Re: How to separate WiFi bands
For the black hub you can seperate the wifi as below for the white hub you need to temporarily disable the 5ghz

Re: How to separate WiFi bands
@Skye89 you cannot separate the WiFi bands on the white Sky hub. Instead if you have devices thst wont connect to the dualband SSID is tontemporarily turn off tge 5GHz band connect tge device to the hub and then turn the 5GHz band again. The switch to that is in the My Sky app navigatecto product options chosectge Sky Max hub and Sdvanced settings.

Re: How to separate WiFi bands
@Skye89 the only way to know is to try it as it depends on your devices. You have 31 day cooling off period from activation.

Re: How to separate WiFi bands
Thanks, yes I did that using the admin option as the app doesn't let me do any of this. They said it would work today but nothing yet
