How do I split 5GHZ and 2.4GHZ on the new Sky max hub?

I need to split 5GHZ and 2.4GHZ on the new Sky max hub (white)

I spoke to sky on the phone earlier and they cannot tell me how to do it as it's been removed from their scripts but it can be done....

Can somebody please advise how to do this on the new hub?

I've trawled through the forums and found how to do it but only for the older hubs / routers.

For added context, I've logged into my gateway and can't find the  â€˜Synchronise 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Settings’ box which is mentioned on the sky community for previous hubs.

Thanks

It can't be done: the only option is to switch one or both bands off entirely.

Which would be why that's not there...
