@hemi it can be frustrating but Openreach should sort the issue but dont be surprised it will take multiple visits it depends on what is blocking the cable run, On underground ducts typically the first attempt will be by using rods to try and clear the duct which often works. However when that doesnt then the duct has to be dug up and cleared or replaced. If the blockage is under the road Openreach will need permission from the LA for their civil works team to dig it up which takes time to arrange

You should be accumulating compensation for late provision .  Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

however there is little you or Sky can do to speed up the process.

Well I can finally say I have full fibre what a rigmarole that was still wasn't able to get it through the duct, transpires the neighbour had damaged the ducting and his builders bodged it then concreted over it and built a retaining wall on top, so ended up with a surface mounted cable, at this point I can say it was worth the wait, that said I could really do with more  Max Pod Wireless WiFi Boosters as I have a couple of really dead spot.

@hemi glad you got it sorted to get additional boosters call Sky and they should arrange for an engineer to come out who can agree to supply additional pods.
