My landline phone isn't working tried it this morning at 9.30am no ringing or sound and have been trying it and still not working please can you deal with this matter as soon as possible Mrs S.Hassan.

You seem to have missed the first bit of my previous post when I said we are customers and NOT Sky Customer Services.
