My broadband deals is up I phoned this morning to extend broadband ony to find out NEW CUSTOMERS get a better deal than existing [removed]. I,I'll be looking for new supplier after 30 years with sky. Disgusting.

Your initially lower cost from a different supplier will be because every other ISP does the same thing: their 'existing mugs' (longer-standing customers who haven't switched) will be subsiding you during your new minimum term.

Most, if not all providers do this now. From recent posts on here it does seem that decent deals are increasingly hard to find. If you choose to leave the same will happen at the end of your discounted deal with whoever you go with. Once you've been away for 18 months you'll be able to rejoin Sky if you wish to and benefit from new customer discounts.
