The last time I contacted Sky was in relation to my Wi-Fi continually dropping out or running extremely slow. An engineer visited and installed another boost box which helped but only for a few months then it started to drop out or become very slow again. Now it is dropping out again every day, multiple times and is very annoying as I'm trying to work.
please can you send an engineer to diagnose and fix the problem?

so the main router is the black sky box, but the extender he has given is a white one.
