Like many of your customers, I need SIP-ALG disabled in my white Sky hub, as I can no longer take work calls from home.
Please can someone sort this? I have spoken to your tech department on 3 separate occasions and no one seems able to help!
Thank you

I've just encountered this problem to i have a cisco spa525g2 voip phone that i want to use for ham chat hotline but can't because sky has deemed it fit to take control away from us. we used to be able to manage all our settings via Web Ui now it seems you have to go through a sky app I really hate it why can't they leave things alone.

My issue still remains after talking to tech support over the phone who said he doesn't have the options in front of him to do this. Abit confusing as others have had it disabled. Could I have an email address where I can contact somebody/tech support as this has seemed to work for others?

Sky doesn't use email for this. The most likely route to successful resolution is a forum escalation and interaction with the chat, as telephone support appears to be unaware of the issue.

@Lisa-P1987 I am pulling my hair out, I have usedthe app, phone and email, no help what so ever. After a trail of emails, some saying they have tried to call me and left voicemail, no messages or calls to be recorded on my phone!! I have just received a call (hooray !!) only to be told I am being put through to the technical team as the person on the phone could not help.......and then to be disconnected!! And then to be sent another email explaining how to disable by logging onto my account and disable myself, despite expaining on many occasion this is not possible. You would think a Sky employee would be aware of this considering how many people are having issues disabling SIP-ALG. I just want to be able to use my VIOP phone
