Disable SIP-ALG

I use a VOIP from home for work and I have had recent issues with it, our IT support have told me I need to disable SIP-ALG ?? Please help asap

The process would depend on which hub you have. Which Sky hub model do you have?

Not sure on the model , it's a white one on full fibre

With a white Max Hub, work VoIP issues are most likely to be related to the issue highlighted by the pinned post at the top of this forum.

I believe with that hub Sky have to do something in the background for you to sort it. I have escalated your post to Sky, look out for a message on the forum. Here is a link on what you can expect
