Unfortunately there's no way to initiate that from a forum post, and Sky typically don't do it anyway. You'll have to persist with calling or looking for a chat bubble.

After speaking with @IntOx and checking their order, it seems Openreach need to carryout further work in order to provide an active line to the property. We have advised the customer to call and speak to our Order Recovery team who can provide more information. It was nice speaking with you and thank you for escalating.
