Reducing the level from WPA3 / WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK should be all that's necessary.

All WiFi encryption below WPA2-PSK is considered insecure.

@Gerainthhtfde most newer Ring devices connect properly to dual band SSID at least mine do. Where devices have issues connecting when changing routers try resetting the device back to its factory state which often works.

@Gerainthhtfde honestly then I cannot explain your issue suggest you raise it with Sky. We see many posts about customer issues with these hubs but there is no evidence that common devices lfrom Ring cannot connect beyond the advice you have already been given unless you have a faulty hub.

Did you ever get this rectified?  We are having the same issue, Ring door bell only working intermittently and robot vacuum not working at all, done everything advised and still cant get it to connect.  Worked perfectly with previous broadband supplier.

@gaelmcn assuming other devices are connecting correctly it is unlikely there is anissue with the Sky hub. Ring doorbells are often an issue as the external wall of the property severly reduces the WiFi signal level especially on traditionally built homes. The solution is to increase the signal strength by having an extender nearer the doorbell ideally near a window overlooking the front of your home. At a guess a similar issue could affect your robot vacuum as by definition these units are on the floor where wifi signal levels are affected by furniture and blocked by radiators.

Improving the wifi network in your home is likely to solve both issuesyou could buy Sky's WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy and use your own whole home wifi equipment.

Re: Connectivity Ring, robot vac and WhatsApp

The router is at the front of the house beside a window about 5ft from doorbell and vacuum plugged in to the socket right beside the router. Both these things worked fine with previous supplier so defo seems to be an issue with Sky and not the appliances. My wireless extender has arrived this morning so will see if that makes a difference.
