My wifi is flakey in my kitchen, I have upgraded but there is still an issue in the kitchen. I think I need a booster but using the sky help system is a nightmare. I just want to talk to someone!!
I have used the service checker near to the router and all is ok, however when I do it from the kitchen it doesn't work, because I have no wifi in there at the moment. How do I get through to a real person to talk this through?
