Compatible Video Door Bells with router

I've just changed from BT to Sky and have a new router, however my wireless video door bell won't connect and I'm not technically minded to change the settings on the router.  Is there a vido/camera door bell that is compatible for 2.4 and 5 gb or whatever it is?

@Debbie2308  I have seen others having mixed results when it comes to video doorbells working on the new Max router.

Some going into the settings and turning off the 5 GHz frequency and then connecting their doorbell and then switching the 5 GHz back on. This is all done via the Sky app.

@Debbie2308 the newer Ring doorbells should support dualband SSIDs
