I have missed the delivery of my new broadband package. It's unable to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Can I change the delivery address to my work place please?
or arrange for delivery to be after 4.30pm?

@Ashleigh1980 No sky will only deliver to the registered address on your account

the only alternative is to see if you can pick up from the post office / courier depot unless a family member can be present

Ok, can I pick it up from my chosen pick up point? Co-op, Scotstown Road, Bridge of Don

@Ashleigh1980 if you have a tracking number from the courier you need to contact them directly and ask
