Trying to talk to someone as the virtual system is no good.
just had Sky broadband fitted the only issue is that it doesn't reach all parts of the house so want to know if there is an option of boosters as I need it for my office.
i have done all the normal things of position etc

@Russellevans You will be looking for pods for boosting the Wi-Fi signal. Give Sky a call and they should be able to help getting one sent out for you.
Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts.
