Broadband speeds

My sky app says my speed is fine 58+ but my speed checker says I'm get 16 to 24 and I'm getting lots of buffering so I tend to believe my checker.

How many people/devices are using the connection at once? Its unlikely you'll get the full speed over WiFi anyway
