Broadband speed

Hello, for the past few weeks maybe longer my broadband speed has been terrible. I have just reset and checked my WiFi and it says there's an issue with my hub. When I try and change this nothing happens, I'm paying for super fast and not being able to use this the majority of the time I have to use my phones data.
