Broadband speed

Hi

My Sky broadband speed dropeed to 56Mb/s. Today contacted Sky and speed been improved but after 30 minutes again dropped. Mcontract is SKy Full Fibre 150 ? I need help , as this is not for first time .

Hi

Toaday recieved Sky Max Hub replacement , thank you very much for quick delivery. Also many thanks to Sky team trying to resolve my problem with Broadband speed. Connected new Max Hub nothing changed, speed  goes down . I still need help from Sky.
