Broadband slow when streaming TV

I have has a new router die to issues with sky talk and now every time I goes back 16.00 I cannot stream any channels on my TV. 

I test my broadband and the say line and speeds are fine but now way they are when it takes 2 hours to stream 22 minutes with a the blue wheel of death. Household so frustrated as evenings are when we use it most. Feel I am being scammed

Hi Sky said its a frequencies thing and I have reset router. Sorry wouldn't know how to gets speed stats. But thanks
