Hi,
My Sky Broadband isn't working. When I go into the Sky website it says there's an issue with my broadband, however when I run tests on the website it says my broadband and WiFi are running ok and there are no issues, which is not the case. There's a red light on the 'LOS' Openreach connection box. Please advise.

What area are you please? I live in DA9 and my sky broadband has gone down as well.

Yep this is the message I had earlier. Although, it is now saying that there is NOT an outage in my area, so I'm very confused!

DA12 not affected, eik could be a cut cable or a local exchange box, the local datacenter seems to be up.
