Still down, status of my tel number shows green was showing red. Still no connectivity at all. Internet still orange on router.

Funn how everything no shows as no problem in the area. Someone trying not to break service agreements and manipulating the statistics Coersion is upon us.

I've called sky as no broadband in da9 and they seem to not know about this problem!!! Think more people need to call and report this!

They aren't interested in listening to you when you call and deny there is an issue. Def need people to call. Try (Removed) given by Sky store rep at Bluewater.

Not sure what planet there on the first women transfered me to “cancellations” I then had to explain again I'm not the only person with a problem!! There's 100's of people without internet how the hell do you not know this!!!

As a technical person hoping i can get some useful feedback.
Im a very akward customer when i need to be! I too am being told no know issues in the area.

Incase people dont know they did acknowledge an issue around midday via service checker to which i was given response:
"The information I have on this is: Start date: 31/08/24 12PM and we aim to resolve this within 48 hours of the start date. We're already aware of it and are working hard to get your service back up and running as soon as possible. To keep up to date on this outage you can use our Service Checker. You can see regular updates and when it's been fixed."
Not even 30mins later all acknowledgement of problem was removes and since then they report everything fine. Literally lost my whole days plan due to this which was ironically me on internet all day fixing diy bits

When I try to test my broadband it tells me I have an engineer booked! Is this a joke!!! Why are they not acknowledging a huge outage!! I can't be the only person (Removed) on the phone with them!!!!
