I am frustrated that most evenings around 12/1am if I try to watch tv sky broadband drops in and out. This has been a regular occurrence and it is so annoying considering I use it for Ring.com for my safety does anyone else have this same issue?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
