Good afternoon, please could you advise how I can confirm my old hub has been sent back to yourselves. I keep getting emails to say you haven't received it & will be charged? Many thanks, Tasha

Do you still have the tracking number?
Can you check it through the couriers website and post the proof of delivery

If you post a reply along the top you will see an icon of what looks like a photograph you can use the to post the image
