Hello spoke to your team about upgrading my broadband speed from 35mbps to minimum 55mbps was told it will be done today monday still running old speed.

@Neillou Could you please post your router stats following the link below.

So what you had been on was superfast 35 and wanted to move to the normal superfast. Could you fill in the form below and submit it. Then take a screenshot hiding the private information in the top-left corner post the results.
