Broadband drops out regularly and WiFi signal poor

I have Sky broadband and a booster and have continuous broadband drop outs and poor wifi. The Sky app says all is good. From time to time an engineer has come out. However the internet I'm paying for just doesn't provide the service it should, hourly drop outs and poor wifi throughout the house. Disappointed. Anyone that can help rectify would be much appreciated. Thank you

Hi, I've been trying but just cannot get past the username password login. 
Any suggestions? Sorry

Just to confirm I'm using an IPhone to try to gain access and I've read that Apple devices maybe the issue for not being able to sign in?

@Ponki  Can you try using chrome browser and which router do you have from the link below.
