The broadband goes up and down all day every day and has been like it for months. Now it's starting to affect our work as the VPNs we use to connect into our work network go down all day. 2 different companies so it's not the VPN. Please review and support a resolution asap.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mikaela647 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Asuming the Sky hub is not losing connection (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) If you are using wifi it is quite likely that your wifi signal is poor in the area you are working in. All vpns require to respond to a regular keep alive signal if the link is poor that packet can go missing. Ideally you would use ethernet cables for business use but either move closer to the hub or consider investing in a bettercwifi network for your home.
