Find out more@Natalie0206 unless the hub is losing connection which the lights on the hub will tell you (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) it is likely tombe poorcwifi coverage in yiur home. Assuming your hub is out in the open on a surface so its signals are not blocked by radiarors etc it sounds lije you need more than a signle Sky hub to give enough coverage to stream TV.
Sky offer an add-on called WiFi Max which can provide up,to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy your own equipment.
