We're in Evesham too. No internet for over an hour and a half now. Luckily mobiles not with Sky so can still connect to internet through Three. Glad we didn't take up Sky's mobile offer!!!

Internet also out in Gloucester, GL2 postcode.  Would hope Sky issue automatic refund to all affected customers.  Very concerning as my mobile signal here is generally weak so rely on Wi-Fi for phone calls 😞

No: that's typically a dish knocked (or blown) out of alignment.

Two working days is the Openreach target time to fix a domestic broadband fault.
