Do we get a refund if not working
No as your broadband would need to be out for 2 working day after being reported, weekends are not included and ISPs don't pay compensation for a short term outage

So we have to wait Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to get it fixed? It's absolutely unbelievable. I need the Internet to work!

No one has said that, there is an outage affecting many areas and Openreach will be on it as soon as possble, no on e can give timescales as it might just be a few hours, it might be more.
Working from hom unfortunately has no sway in these situations, ifa connection is a must then it's up to you to source a backup as no ISP can ever guarantee 100% uptime, you are after all on a domestic service with all the SLA's that entails around any faults.

Internet down here too. App says it could be two days (!) before it's fixed.
