Same here in Cheltenham. MySky indicated everything fine then when I went through a reset I now have green on power & wifi, amber on internet and no light for the phone !!!! Service checker now indicates problem in my area. D'oh I needed them to tell me that, not!

I have lights on the router but internet light is not on

I’m in WR49. No internet. I though I'm creazy first. Tried reset and everything then thought it might be something else

My wifi hub box is apl green, my app on my phone says everything is working perfectly fine, however my internet keeps coming on for around 30 minutes then dropping for ages? Then coming back on then dropping again?

Issues here in Evesham too! Dads in Bromsgrove and no issues with sky there

so seems a bit sporadic

If the BBU is showing a fault (probably just exhausted batteries), remove the power connector from the BBU & plug it straight into the ONT.

Although you may also be affected by the outage.

I have check my sky account online and it confirms there is an outage in the area. They estimate a couple of days to get it back up and running!!! 😦
