Re: Broadband Outage across various areas 23 November 2024
Been out for 2 days in Margate. Did have an amber solid light on hub, but now that has gone. Anyone else in my area with same issues?

Does anyone have any updates for the outage in the Worcester area?
i went onto my sky app to see if there was an update there but when i tested my broadband it says there isn't an outage in my area. Just curious

Hi all,
Thank you for using community to discuss the broadband outage that you experienced on the 23rd November.
Known issues in the Gloucestershire & Worcestershire areas are now resolved.
If you are still having issues, please do complete a hub restart by powering it off and back on. If issues persist, please visit our line test page to check for any issues specific to your line here.
As the wider issues are now resolved, I'll be locking from future responses to avoid it being mixed up with any issues moving forward.
Thanks,
