Thank you for using community to discuss the broadband outage that you experienced on the 23rd November.
Known issues in the Gloucestershire & Worcestershire areas are now resolved.
If you are still having issues, please do complete a hub restart by powering it off and back on. If issues persist, please visit our line test page to check for any issues specific to your line here.
As the wider issues are now resolved, I'll be locking from future responses to avoid it being mixed up with any issues moving forward.

Broadband not working therefore WiFi and tv not working. Going around in circles in the sky app trying to find where to report. All numbers are now closed. Sky worst customer service in Ireland if u have a problem

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

The tv suddenly is not connected to the Internet . The Internet light on the hub is solid amber. I have turned it off and back on again which has not worked.

Hello
Broadband light not coming on router
Other lights all green
I have tried resetting and unplugging
Please can some advise. Try doing test online to test broadband and this does not work correctly.

Internet went down around 15minutes ago, just displaying amber light on Internet and voice on the hub. Tried the tests but website says unavailable!!

Hi. I have been through all the tests, your test came back to say everything is fine but I still have no internet. The light on the hub is just slowly flashing green

I've tried to reset but the box is still slowly flashing green. My phone connects to the WIFI but it's not given me any service.
