Find out more@Billyb24 & @Cal7877 the fault of a flashhing green light on a Sky Max hub has been traced to an issue with your incoming fibre service which requires action by Openreach. There I have escalated each of you posts to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Same thing: slow flashing green light, noticed at 0630 15 Dec 24. No landline or internet. It's now 0722. Have tried power reset. Virtual assistant just goes round in circles.

It is not clear if there is one issue or several separate ones but it looks like an issue is confined to Sky. Lines will inevitably get busy.
