@Billyb24 & @Cal7877 the fault of a flashhing green light on a Sky Max hub has been traced to an issue with your incoming fibre service which requires action by Openreach. There I have escalated each of you posts to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

if your service is still down and the Service Checker in the My Skybapp run over a mobile connection does not tell you tgat Sky are aware of an area fault affecting your line call them to report the issue. Lines should be open by 8am

Same thing: slow flashing green light, noticed at 0630 15 Dec 24. No landline or internet. It's now 0722. Have tried power reset. Virtual assistant just goes round in circles.

If your service is still down and the Service Checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection is not telling you that Sky know there is an issue afecting your line call them when lines open this morning around 8am. It is not clear if there is one issue or several separate ones but it looks like an issue is confined to Sky. Lines will inevitably get busy.
