Hi all,

 

Thank you for posting over the 10th regarding the broadband issues you were experiencing.  There is some indication this was resolved and with that I'll be looking to now lock this thread moving forward.

 

If you are finding you are still experiencing any issues with your broadband, please perform the line test here: https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-com/test-your-broadband to check for any known issues at your local exchange. 

 

If you do need further help after this, feel free to start a new thread with your own specific issue ðŸ™‚
