Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you for posting over the 10th regarding the broadband issues you were experiencing.  There is some indication this was resolved and with that I'll be looking to now lock this thread moving forward.

 

If you are finding you are still experiencing any issues with your broadband, please perform the line test here: https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-com/test-your-broadband to check for any known issues at your local exchange. 

 

If you do need further help after this, feel free to start a new thread with your own specific issue 🙂

Fibre down in Ladywell Livingston

Sy fibre has dropped around 8:20pm, tried resetting in normal way but still not working, according to musky app all is good but it isn't.

I'm in Maidstone kent and my wifi keeps cutting in and out all day, it's frustrating to say the least. Sky's technical help is crap to be polite about it

Rg12 area Internet down ? cant find any info to why or for how long ?

@TUBBS1970 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Same. App broadband check shows all fine but checked on router and shows broadband disconnected.

Sky broadband has dropped in Birmingham. Since 20.25. It dropped an beforehand. It has been doing this for the past week at least. Very annoyed as I work from home.
