…..when using the router in access point mode connected to the Sky Hub? (Need latter for Sky Talk)
I can’t. Have tried all the recommended connection settings in Sky Q and a few tweaks advised by Asus. (Also disabled 5Ghz and hotspots on Sky Q and ditto the three WiFi on Sky Hub. Box sees and connects to 2.4 network but then disconnects after a few minutes.
Only way to connect is via ethernet between Sky FTTP hub (SR203) and Sky Q box. V unsatisfactory.
I’m assuming it’s something to do with channels? Asus is using 9 and 56 respectively, and I think Sky Q was using 36 for the 2.4 network for the brief time it’s been connected.
Was going to list all the devices that now work perfectly, pleasure ripping out all the ethernet, then realised someone would say I’ve answered my own question😀
BTW- I did try re-enabling WiFi on the Sky router but that had same issue. Also confusing with multiple SSIDs showing up.
Any wisdom from the gurus would be much appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWouldnt have a clue to be honest. As others have already said Sky Q is a mystery sometimes. I have never messed with it while using a device in AP mode so haven't really got any first hand experience to go off.
