My internet keeps cutting out.

The checks all say it is working fine but it's not. It has been like this for 3 days.

So, they said it was definitely a problem with router and sent me a new one. It's doing exactly the same thing,- every few minutes the WiFi cuts out, orange light appears, stays off for a few minutes. Now they've told me it's definitely not the router, and it's definitely the hub outside and an Open reach engineer will sort it. I'm not really sure they have any idea what it is.

I have had the same issue. Keeps cutting out but only drops for under a minute. Lost a lot of teams calls and T V apps etc. also had a message saying it was external but nobody seems to be looking at it.

@Jo12357if you run the broadband test it should tell you what you are supposed to get between and your minimum and if you can let us know here. Looking at the router stats there is something very wrong with that connection.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

"Our tests are currently unavailable"  - it's a long day when you can't guarantee your calls will go through.

Been having the same problem for over two months now. Seriously considering calling it a day with Sky.
