After I changed a new router, after setup it can't get the IP.Then I try to clone the old router MAC address to the new router, it's work.
But everyday the connection will drop, and can't get any IP in the new router.I need plug back the cable to the old router let it get a IP and plug back to new. It's happen everyday.
Anyone know how can fix it?
Thanks so much!

Presumably this is not a Sky router, so it helps if you specify make, model, and which type of Sky broadband you have (ADSL/FTTC/G.fast/FTTP). Also whether you are in UK or RoI is significant.
Incidentally although online guides talk about MAC cloning, this is typically outdated advice.

Hi Timmy
I'm in UK and the broadband should be FTTP full fibre, the old router is Linksys mx4200, the new one is Netgear Orbi SXR80.
